This course aims to provide students with a broader understanding of the nature of change. This course delves into the political, social-economical, technological, religious, and cultural aspects that can all affect the nature of change.

Presentation Skills I - Presenting a Proposal or New Project (½ day)

Workshop

Also called a persuasive presentation, the goal of these presentations or meetings are to make clients accept and agree with a presenter’s proposal. The language used is always strong and persuasive with a focus of showing supporting facts, and advantages to reinforce credibility.

Presentation Skills II - Informative Presentations (½ day)

Workshop

Informative presentations or meetings are most often used to present information to any size of group. They are brief and to the point and generally stick to the facts and avoid personal opinions or recommendations.

Presentation Skills III - Decision-Making Meetings / Presentations (½ day)

Workshop

This workshop will be dedicated to presentations and meetings that are designed to convince clients and partners to act on the team’s proposal - usually by providing evidence about what may happen if they do not act on the proposal.

Effective Body Language & Capturing Attention

Workshop

Everyday employees meet with clients, internal staff, external agencies, and partners. Learning effective body language is an essential tool in ensuring excellent communication.

Cultural Training - (½ day per region)

Workshop

Cultural Training can be done alone for ½ day or combined with a client experience training in order to practice skills and cultural knowledge on the job scenarios, and will occur over a full day of training.
