Our Founder's Philosophy
In 2014, Mike Hebert founded MDT Training in Montreal with a clear vision: the way organizations develop people had to change. After years of working in international banking and leading teams in both Canada and Vietnam, Mike saw firsthand how cookie-cutter training programs failed to inspire lasting results.
